Parmesan Salmon

THE INGREDIENTS

6-8oz fillet of salmon, skin off

1 tablespoon Duke’s mayo

1 tablespoon Old Yella sauce

½ cup panko

½ cup parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

In a food processor, blend cheese and panko for 15 seconds.

Mix mayo and Old Yella together in a small bowl and evenly coat the top of salmon. Add the top of mustard with panko mixture shaking off any excess.

Add oil to a medium-hot pan and sear salmon, crust down until golden brown on edges. Flip and put in the oven at 350 degrees until cooked to the desired tempature.
