Crab Cakes

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS.

¼ cup Chipper Dog ‘Old Yella’ Sauce

¼ cup mayo

2 eggs

2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

1lb crab meat

1 cup bread crumbs

1 teaspoon of blackening seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS.

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Mix mayo, eggs, Old Yella sauce, seasoning and dill until combined - Add in crab and bread crumbs until evenly mixed, being careful not to over mix. Set aside and let set for 30 mins. Form into 4 oz patty and place in a greased non stick pan. Sear crab cakes on both sides and bake for 8 minutes.
